Site visits and meetings

For larger events we can visit the venue with you to check access, power, layout and timings. Mention this in your message and we will arrange a time. If you have not chosen a venue yet, ask for a venue shortlist.

Before you visit or call

Have your date, area and guest count ready, and a few photos or ideas if you have them. For bigger events, a short voice note on WhatsApp describing the plan is often the fastest way to get an accurate quotation.
