What we create
- Balloon arches, garlands and ceiling clouds.
- Themed backdrops, banners and name letters.
- Cake tables, dessert tables and welcome signs.
- Props and photo corners for children and adults.
Planning tips for Karachi events
- Share the theme and colours early, so we can source balloons and props.
- For home parties, tell us the room size and ceiling height.
- In humid weather we use techniques that hold shape, and we keep outdoor setups out of direct sun.
How pricing works
Pricing depends on the size of the setup, the number of balloons, custom props and installation time. A simple arch costs less than a full themed room.

Frequently asked questions
How early should I book a birthday decorator?
One to two weeks ahead is usually enough for a themed home party. Weekends and custom props may need more time.
Can you decorate at home and clean up afterwards?
Yes. Our team sets up before guests arrive and removes decor and waste after the party, so the host can relax.
How long do balloon decorations last?
Air-filled balloon decor can last a full day or more, while helium balloons lose lift within hours. We choose the right type for your event length and venue.
Can you create themes inspired by cartoons and movies?
We design themes inspired by popular ideas using colours, props and signage, and we advise on what works best for your age group and budget.
How do I book Balloon and Theme Decor?
Send the quotation form or a WhatsApp message with your date, area and guest count. We reply with an itemised quotation, and your booking is confirmed once you approve it and pay the booking amount.
