Up to 50 guests: home or terrace events, with compact sound, simple decor and a focused menu. From 50 to 150: lawns, small halls and farmhouses, where tents, seating and staffing begin to matter. From 150 to 400: banquet halls and large lawns, with serious catering logistics, bridal arrangements and security. Above 400: farmhouses, marquees and open grounds, with generators, parking management, transport and crowd control.

A typical Karachi mehndi evening might start with guests arriving at 8 pm, family entries and dancing from 9 pm, dinner served around 10 pm and cake or desserts at the end. We build the run sheet around your actual timing, share it with the DJ, caterer, decorators and photographers, and keep the schedule moving without rushing your family.

Planning for rain, heat and power cuts

Karachi weather and power supply can change a plan quickly. We recommend waterproof tents and raised flooring for the monsoon, cooling and shade for summer evenings, and generator backup for any event that cannot go quiet or dark. These safeguards are quoted clearly so you can decide what suits your date and venue.

Often yes, depending on availability. Smaller events, religious gatherings and home functions can sometimes be arranged within days. For large weddings and winter weekends, short notice is harder, so contact us as early as you can and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Do you plan small home events as well as large weddings?

Yes. We plan events from a dozen guests at home to several hundred in a hall or farmhouse. Home events use compact sound, decor and catering, and we check access, parking and neighbours in advance so the setup is smooth and considerate.
